well...is quite for me unknow the clor they have...so i see them as the torizo color,but they probably have a plenty of colors,and the red tailed hawks like this anthro remind me of them(especialy the meditation pose)

I gotta tell you, this is pretty badass. I like how his wings act like a cloak. All-around a very cool character design. The bottom left pose is the best part.

Ooh those wings! Sai is good for lines then? I tend to enjoy it for painterly stuff but never really tried proper line art with it. Love that bottom left pose btw

I prefer Photoshop for painting type stuff, but yes it's wonderful for lines.

Thank you! He told me that it had some Kung-Fu Panda-ishness, so I thought it would be fun to work the anatomy into the character's "costume". Wings lends themselves to a lot of fun shapes.

The wings look almost cape-like. The meditation pose is by far my favorite, although the fighting stance is pretty dynamic too. Overall, nice work. Look forward to more!

Hah thank you! I normally loathe lineart, but since getting SAI I've had a much easier time of it. Photoshop just resists this kind of work horribly. It made the rest of the design process less of a slog too.
