This is Celia Couldron a witch themed magical girl by KBinitialDream8250 (www.deviantart.com/kbinitialdr… ), she's in the middle of casting a powerful ice spell.
As you can probably tell I am going strong with my colored lineart. The artwork has a blue tint to it, because I couldn't get the right lighting, and while trying to fix that digitally, i put on the filter and thought it was thematically fitting.
The pose was taken from an action figure, of a certain Dark Magician Girl from Yugioh. The skull shape of the magic was inspired by Ceila's skull shaped earrings (which I find such an adorable little touch on her original artwork), and also the icon of an ice type skill in the monster collecting game I have been addicted to these past few weeks.
