The reason for the bone in the mud became clear as movement caught your eye. something you thought was a dirty fallen log had moved creeping closer ever closer to you, reptilian yellow eyes fixed on you as the common alligator drew nearer. in moments it will be in striking range.

There may have been something wrong with that mud too as the gator crept  forward a grin on its face of triumph. you feel kind of woosy and not quite right in yourself. as if thinking in a fog, you can't afford to pass out can you?

• Move and move NOW get away! (Speed)
•  find somewhere safe to sleep off the feelings (Defence)
• creep into the reeds and lie there hopefully the coating of mud will camoflague you while you get your bearings (Stealth)
