HAHA! SAY HELLO TO YOUR ONE AND ONLY NEW AND IMPROVED BILL CIPHER! NO AUTOGRAPHS OR PICTURES, OTHERWISE YOU OWE ME YOUR SOULWelp, I finally got another picture done that has been sitting around my computer half since forever eue I still loooveeee Gravity Falls even though it's over now ;v; and well drawing my version of Humanoid Bill is always fun as well~ I took a swing at drawing the inside of the Fearamid as well. I do like the way it turned out~ <3 Let me know what you guys think as well! It's another attempt at doing no lines on the art vuv

Hehe~ I'm actually going to eventually make that outfit in real life for my Bill Cipher cosplay <3 I've got the vest, shirt, pants, boots, and the wig! Just need to make the jacket and get the bow tie and gloves, then I'll be a complete Bill Cipher~
