The lighting and contrasting colours of this piece is gorgeous! I like the design in the decorations of your creature's hair.
Reading some of the comments below I have to admit this creature looks nothing like a modified mouse at all - maybe only the ears. Otherwise I would have assumed a modified cat or fox. The fur textures and highlights in the fur textures are quite nice though.
I'll admit I am a bit curious about some of the glowing fireballs around him/her. Oh the thumbnail I assumed the shapes were goldfish but now I think I can see they are supposed to be fire. Perhaps I would suggest some brighter yellows in them to brighten them up and that the front end not look so round.
In terms of background I like the blurred plants in the foreground as well as the detail in the plants he/she is stepping on. At the moment the only thing not cutting it for me is the moon which looks very cut out and rushed compared to the rest of the scene.
Overall though this is a beautifully composed piece! Really well done!

It is a very well worked drawing. It shows a lot of dynamism and technique to how you see such a drawing <)
Beginning with the design of the dog: Very dynamic in his coat, details like the crown of flowers he has on his head, his hairstyle, the anatomy of it and what I call the most attention is his face: It is very striking in how he moves his mouth and his eyes are stiff.
It reminds me of an UltraBeastΒ Β XD
The background gives a very good highlight, contrasting with clear and balanced tonalities with that kind of shooting stars that go around the body and the detail is exquisite towards the bottom, because on one side you can see the moon and in the middle you see stars with shooting stars.
In summary: Excellent drawing? Naturally. Excellent idea? Naturally. Result: The drawing is magnificent <3
