Love the colors. You tend to find all the interesting pieces of our environment that the rest of us just pass by without a glance. Thanks for bringing these little details to light.

I would recognize this as one of your's in a line up. This means you have style, I think. Or is it, a style. Perhaps I should just say I like it

I always have to look up this mythological stuff, it isn't something I'm overly familiar with. John Peel once played a house song by a Mr. Marco Ash or Esch or something about the Zeret Bird. I've been looking for it ever since, but so far no sign of it on the internets. I still have it on cassette tape and it's totally awesome.

Sorry,I've never heard of a Mr Marco Ash.
The only song I know that has a Zeret Bird in it is this one.....at the very end.[link]

That's precisely the part Mr. Ash/Esch sampled, mounted onto a steady beat and overlaid with a seductive women's voice asking "Do You Believe In God?!".

Unfortunately I hate messing around with cable and software too much to even try and convert it to mp3. I'll just have to keep searching, sooner or later..

Here it is (I listened properly to what Peel has to say about it on the tape this time): [link] . The track is "Love and Death". Not on the utubes, alas.

Wilco to your previous statement
"If you manage to dig it up from some remote surfer please let me know "

Which still doesn't explain "wilco" but thanks to the UD I now know it's a piece of military/aviator slang. Over here it's a boy's name. Note that typing "I will" would have required you to type only a single extra character, though I admit that having to press Shift for the "I" can be a bit stressing.
