Happy Halloween everyone! For this year's Halloween themed drawing, here is a very obscure retired mascot by Hot Topic, SweetyPuss. When I first found out about this mascot, I thought her design was quite interesting. To me she kinda looks like if Cartoon Cat and Hello Kitty had a baby. Her shirt also kinda reminds me of Freddy Krueger.🎃Happy Halloween!🎃
