put this in terminal gconftool-2 --set /apps/nautilus/preferences/desktop_labels_beside_icons --type boolean "true"
and later
nautilus -q
back to deafult
gconftool-2 --set /apps/nautilus/preferences/desktop_labels_beside_icons --type boolean "false"
and nautilus -q

Ok wyśle na dniach .Jesli chodzi o tą ikone to ona sie nazywa start here jest w katalogu domowym nacisnij ctrl + h odkryjesz ukryte pliki wejdz do icon do swojego zestawu i w folderze "places" znajduje sie ta ikona start-here. Tu masz program paczka deb do zmieniania ikon moze Ci sie przyda [link]

Dzieki postaram Ci sie wysłać na dniach..Cover gloobus nigdy mi sie nie wwalał w dock co do traya tez go nie widziałem zreszta w programie jest opcja "show cover on dock" czy show cover on tray i to pewnie masz zaznaczone.
