Description
Not my fav colour (also i can say i hate red). It's very pretentious for me.I dont know why eveveryone loves red. Red cars, red roses, red underwear, red red red ....
Anyway, i think it's not very bad in this photo, so i share it. This is the only photo of this flower. My mom gave it to my grandma in Bairam. After one day, thief entered my grandma's house

i think people are so attracted to red because of its subconsoise (sp?) meanings. its associated with hunger (why burker king, MCdonalds, pizza hut etc use lots of red in their desighns) something i've found strange as doesnt it also mean poision? but its also associated with power and romance. if you were to wear a hint of red when you meet someone they will be more likely to form a first impression of you being strong and confident - often attractive qualities. the human mind is a very complicated thing. im guessing your question was more retocical, but here is an answer anyway
i realy like this shot. good use of composition and focal points. the shading on the leaves bring the attention into the tiny dots of yellow, adding contrast. i also like the form, very abstract, lots of curves and lines together making a good effect. the only thing i dont like, is the leaf in the foreground being a little fuzzy. if you could try upping the F stop, it should get that extra little detail to finish the shot off. shame the plants gone now

Thank you for your great answer and comment ! I really like to read these kind of things
I especially wanted the leaf in the foreground a little fuzzy Normally it was really clear (like what you like it) so i use blur effect for that leaf. I thought it would give more deepness to photo. I use this kind of stuff in my last photo in here [link]

yeah, i saw that photo (its how i found your profile) personaly, im not a fan of that effect. to create depth i personaly would use tone and contrast. especily as its the foreground thats blury, foreground usualy being the focus of the photo. for example, the composition of the photo of sweets makes the viewer initialy look at the brown sweets then the pyramid shape they make point the focus to the coloured sweets. but as long as you prefer the image, thats whats important everyone likes different things

Very intresting angle, it makes this picture more special compared to the many other flower shots I've seen. I'll have to it.
