the fiberglass pull of the zer0 helm with the new mesh visor the client wanted to see out but not be seen so iv used 2 types of mesh he can see ok but you cant see his face im blending the edges in and this will all blend together when its painted ( hornets nest) colors i was not able to get a pice of mesh big enough in the time i have to build this so iv to run with what i can getthe side ways D mark is where the client can see out of when the helm is on

hahah i looked at your stuff u have potential try building with out pep files it will help you develop

yes i do and scale model masters for a toy company in the uk
its hard to make a living at first but keep at it i do see some talent in your work

i hope you don't mind telling me but how exactly did you make it? the only thing I can think of is you bent the mesh around the original visor and attached it to the fiberglass pull you made

i made a hard cast of the visor and shaped the mesh in to that it was all done on a day so no big probs there
ps im about to post some more pics of it on its way to be done

I never thought about using mesh before, everyone else making zer0 helmets are using tinted PETG. Good job man

i know and its sooooo much cheaper and if u do it well no one can see ya face
which is what my client wanted
