BlackDawnGaming asked me recently if I had any drawings of human Iris. I did, but it was quite old. So I made a new one for him <3 And I ended up kind of falling down the rabbit hole and started studying a comic book character guide for references and drew Jace. I may cave and draw Alo and Aster later since they'll be VERY different. I need to study drawing different human bodytypes anyway since I plan to start LIT animation soon. There will be a lot of humans/Terminians in it.This itself is in no way canon. It was just for fun~

Was kind of crossing a cartoon style with realism here, haha. I'm honestly getting a Jak and Daxter or Ferngully vibe. MAYBE Kingdom Hearts (sorta?).

These are your plant people right? They're a lot more interesting in this way... not to sound rude. The one on the right looks a lot more like an amazon... and the one on the left looks like he needs to learn what armor is but yeah... They just look more appealing to me for some reason.

"I can see what you are comming from, however in my oppinion I do disagree.
Jace isn't the type to be a knight, he is build for survival. Armor means weight and less manoeuvrability making chances of escape lower. He does have two weapons to protect himself with. Heck, if you look at Archers design from Fate/Stay he doesn't have any armor either, but he still wields two swords.
Comming to Iris, she looks more like a child of nature wearing most clothes made from trees and plants unlike Amazones that use skins from animals. I would Call Iris more a Nynph then a Amazoness, after all, Nynph's are known for their beauty.
When it comes to appeal, everyone has their own tastes. But in my oppinion, I like the Deku version the most. Why you ask? Simple, it's the way the creator intended to make them. "

Umm... I don't know what I said to get this long explanation but uhh, armor isn't always clunky metal. It can be leather or chainmail too. I know scars can be accidental too but usually they are got by something the person thinks is worth fighting for... It does depend on fighting style but I meant it in jest...
As for the whole nymph thing, I don't see it? Sorry but um, when I said amazon I meant more fierce looking? I could have even meant a parrot hehe... sorry. Her hair did fluff out like one's tail... but I guess I should have specified more...
These characters are still new to me so I really enjoyed the take... but I don't know why I have to justify it to you too... I'll note the creator and make sure I didn't upset them.
