Indescribable, abstract EarthBound... stuff.EarthBound reminds me of a very traumatic event I experienced a few years ago. If you were traumatized, you'd probably take it out via artwork, too.
Only screaming suppressed the agony...
There was so much screaming.
So much screaming.
EarthBound is my favorite series, despite reminding me of all the screaming...
That little doodle in the middle of Ninten with his arms up and crying makes me terribly sad. It hurts to look at.
I wanted to make the captions around Ness say, "Take a melody; take it straight up your ass."
I thought it was funny, but it made me too sad at the same time.
Ever think something is so upsetting, that it actually made you laugh?

Wow, that's exactly what I was going for. I'm glad I can make relatable work, even if it's just doodles. I want to capture the intensity of the emotion in imagery.

Hey yeah, you're right. I actually took inspiration from him to help create vent art, I can relate really well with Itoi's explanation of giygas's design. It makes me feel really connected to the series. I feel like giygas is the ultimate manifestation of fear and rape, I've never really seen anything that embodies it as well as he does, at least in his design.
