heyhey, We're just setting up a sketch-jamming session in edinburgh that we'll hopefully run on the first wednesday of every month. Basically it's gonna be a drink n' draw with some good tunes, where people of all levels who enjoy a good doodle can get together. Nothing too structured or stuffy, no bigger picture. The first get together is this week, just want to see if any of the nice folk on DA are interested? Give us a shout if you do!

The meaning behind this, if you don't know yet is this: as an artist my life revolves around creation, whether it be a drawing, photo, sculpture or whatever, by creating them I give them life, or at least existence. As a living being my life exists because of my parents creation of me. All life is something that is created, so without creation there would be no life. I used the heart to represent life, and me drawing it represents creation. So what I'm trying to say with this picture is this: life = creation, creation = life. Hope that all makes sense, and I hope I haven't ruined whatever meaning you may have given it. This the first time in my life that I've ever produced a piece with a meaning intentionally.

besides knowing this is an incredibly emotive piece and awesome concept.. you now know that you're better at applying eyeliner than most 14 year old girls.
