Okay, so due to numerous requests I decided to update it.Now includes 1920x1080 resolutions and 5 versions, 4 of which are new.

It's a common technique, there are about a million bokeh wallpapers on DA like -kol said

I realized, and is not hard do it, as i seen in tutorial

I wanna suggest you something, you have done pretty good, but what do I suggest is keep use different sizes of bokeh circles like small and big etc and donot make the bokeh circles too big that they cover up major portions of the screen
