A tomboy and gearhead who has a love for tinkering, firearms, high-horsepower vehicles and a secret love for bondage (she's rather jealous of Feddie's tendency to get tied up).On this particular day, Barnabas, Billie's boyfriend, was making his racing debut, filling in for his team's driver. Ever the supportive girlfriend, Billie took over the townhome's living room and when Feddie wandered in, Billie decided that her boyfriend could use another person to root for him. So, she managed to capture Feddie and gagged her to ensure that she wouldn't interrupt the race.
