I just wanna know how you shade xD

Oh, i create a new layer above the layer that contains the painting, and picks a darker color. I try to associate the shade with the Fountain of the Illumination. Since i use Paint Tool SAI, i only use Airbrush, for both lineart, coloring and shading.
