she is pretty. Is she by any chance based off of the character Misty from PokΓ©mon? I see the resemblance by the hair, the name, and even the overalls she sometimes wears.

Her design did have inspiration in Misty just for funsies haha. I wanted a girly girl and used the orange pallete, and Misty is a redhead so I was like... yeah Misty, why not 8D
She's nothing like her in terms or personality or... p much anything else though, haha. Just a minor design reference based on her name.
