Winter dragon for Jaysey ! My younger self would have adored this design because i was obsessed with dragons & winter LOL... still obsessed with this design anyway tbh lmfao

Suggested Names:
Winter Peril, Toxic Chill, Ghastly

Bio:
His appearance is quite unusual for dragons of his type, but he seems to use that to his advantage. Although intimidating, this guy is really hard to provoke; despite being able to use strong magic (which makes him glow!) he definitely wouldn't use it on anyone innocent.
