That's an understatement.

The enemy within is more deadly than the enemy without.

Indeed. Be careful for what you wish for.

Yep, seeing that and combine his racism of Faunus, practically anyone from Atlas is mostly met distrust and wariness due to how they act to others not from Atlas.

Mmhm, beware of things that are not so obvious to one's general mindset of threats.

Yep, but they ask for it due to their attitude with everyone on Remnant and their tendency to use brute force for simple problems.

victortky In reply to austinaltares2015 [2019-07-24 10:24:43 +0000 UTC]

Of course, that goes without saying.

Yes indeed.

Of course, and hence that partially caused the chaos at Beacon Academy.

austinaltares2015 In reply to victortky [2019-07-24 17:20:22 +0000 UTC]

Yep, seeing it Weiss some time to mellow out and change her opinions on Faunus and people of lower social standing.

Mmhm, especially with Watts due to his expertise with technology and combine that with poor hardware from Atlas? total chaos as a result due to neglectfulness on their part.

Which Salem happily took advantage of thanks to the poor management of their software for their technology which led to what happen at the academy.

victortky In reply to austinaltares2015 [2019-07-28 04:41:42 +0000 UTC]

We shall see how it goes.

Yes, I hope Atlas has wised up.

Indeed, hence the facepalm.

austinaltares2015 In reply to victortky [2019-07-28 06:43:36 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, hopefully she can keep her friends from her father and many others that control the upper echelons of Atlas' law and politics, seeing how fast Yang was arrested without being asked for reasoning and looking for evidence of her "assualt" on Mercury.

Have to see if Ironwood did learn from it or not, if not he needs a slap in the face for being arrogant and stupid.

Yeah, Atlas inspite of technology it has over the other kingdoms, it's actual manpower is very lacking compare to the other kingdoms due to this overreliance on advance machinery.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

victortky In reply to austinaltares2015 [2019-08-01 04:00:39 +0000 UTC]

I hope so, and that's going to leave a mark on Yang as well.

Haha, we shall see.

True, hence I fear the virus might strike again.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

austinaltares2015 In reply to victortky [2019-08-01 04:22:24 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, add as well people from Atlas love to goad others into doing stupid things just seemly they think the authority to "punish" those  they a deem a threat to society without bothering to look up evidence for any "crimes" they've committed.

Mmhm, see if Ironwood wised up or not depending if his paranoia didn't messed with reasoning and common sense.

Especially if they haven't bother to add software protection against viruses for their machines and hardware.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

victortky In reply to austinaltares2015 [2019-08-01 04:46:52 +0000 UTC]

Yup which meant I "almost" feel sorry for them in Volume 7's disaster. XD

I hope he does.

Yup which I pray they do.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

austinaltares2015 In reply to victortky [2019-08-01 05:32:16 +0000 UTC]

Yeah they've been long overdue for a reality check for how much damage they cause for everyone with their brute force for everything instead of being tactical about it.

Have to see if  he is alright or not during the time Weiss was gone due to dealing the Atlas council and Jacques.

Most likely not due to how arrogant they are with everybody, so they wouldn't believe them thinking there's something wrong with their hardware.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

victortky In reply to austinaltares2015 [2019-08-01 06:29:22 +0000 UTC]

I hope so.

I'm sure he has his hands full.

true, which will be their undoing.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

austinaltares2015 In reply to victortky [2019-08-01 06:45:47 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, and help with the racism against faunus seeing they're the ones who cause the rise of Sienna's White Fang and the eventually terrorist attacks across Remnant.

Mmhm, dealing and denying all attempts of power grabs from both parties respectively.

Yes, simply because of that will lead to their downfall and destruction.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

victortky In reply to austinaltares2015 [2019-08-06 03:13:16 +0000 UTC]

Of course, the White Fang has become quite corrupt due to their ideologies and hence become more violent.

Of course, that's quite obvious.

It will definitely lead to their downfall. Just how much worse is the question.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

austinaltares2015 In reply to victortky [2019-08-06 05:52:46 +0000 UTC]

Mmhm, no thanks to Jacques' racism of them and Sienna's unwilling compromise to view ALL humans on Remnant as threat to faunus, it will take some time for the hate between both races to fade away.

Yeah, he's the only keeping Atlas from caving in from the greed of elites in charge of the council and Jacques' monopoly over dust.

Large number of refugees I imagine from the destruction of their technology and try to get some help from the other possibly, only to be likely turned down to how much resentment they garnered with the remaining kingdoms.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

victortky In reply to austinaltares2015 [2019-08-06 06:40:17 +0000 UTC]

That's true. I hope that problem gets fixed.

Same here. I hope Ironwood can keep Jacques in line.

Of course, Mantle/Atlas is not in their good books.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

austinaltares2015 In reply to victortky [2019-08-06 19:23:52 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, seeing it was one of the main reasons that Beacon was attacked due to this and combine the major flaws of Atlas' hardware security especially.

Hopefully, as Jacques is the unstable wildcard that James needs to restrain from the potential consequences he may bring.

Mmhm, so most likely the refugees will head over to Mantle and try to recuperate from the fallout and ,hopefully, learned from their mistakes.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

victortky In reply to austinaltares2015 [2019-08-07 06:36:56 +0000 UTC]

Of course, and the secret it has underneath it.

Yes indeed, Ironwood needs to keep him in line.

Yes I hope they wise up to the greater threat. Something tells me Salem might win the Atlas war.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

austinaltares2015 In reply to victortky [2019-08-08 04:30:34 +0000 UTC]

Mmhm, seeing they might have more advanced machines ready to used against them and the Relic of Creation hidden in the academy as well.

Mmhm, he's potential danger to everyone due to his need for more power regardless how many people suffer for it.

Hopefully for their sake of surviving, she'll win against them despite the "advantages" they initially at first.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

victortky In reply to austinaltares2015 [2019-08-08 08:04:49 +0000 UTC]

Well, I was expecting those mechs and robots from Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and 3 to exist in Atlas. XD

Cinder's lust for power is reaching disturbing levels.

Well, if Atlas falls (literally and figuratively)...it would be a messy wake-up call for Remnant.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

austinaltares2015 In reply to victortky [2019-08-08 14:44:16 +0000 UTC]

Wouldn't be surprised considering advanced robotics are Atlas' specialty, even if they're mainly for swarm enemies with numbers and firepower.

Mmhm, she's desperate to try acquire and control any form of power to use, even kill if necessary.

Yeah, the other kingdoms would be confused and terrify why Atlas suddenly went silent out of nowhere due to the CTT being disable at the moment.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

victortky In reply to austinaltares2015 [2019-08-09 14:03:35 +0000 UTC]

Well, there's always superior firepower.

yeah, which makes me think it might ultimately become her downfall.

True, and it will get worse.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

austinaltares2015 In reply to victortky [2019-08-09 18:47:03 +0000 UTC]

That what seems to be Atlas' most defining trait is that they have more firepower then all the other kingdoms combined.

I imagine she'll try to take in possibly all the maidens' powers and causes her body to be heavily damaged or destroyed from the strain of holding so much magic inside of her.

Yep, especially with sudden surges of grimm heading towards Atlas for "unknown" reasons.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

victortky In reply to austinaltares2015 [2019-08-10 16:49:24 +0000 UTC]

Indeed, peace through superior firepower.

That's a cliche way to die.

Of course, cue huge war.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

austinaltares2015 In reply to victortky [2019-08-10 23:14:08 +0000 UTC]

Yep, forcing "peace" on those they deem as a threat to them majority of the time.

Befitting as well for someone who only wants power regardless of what damage they cause to everything around them.

Yep, Salem's Followers use the chaos to acquire the relics during the war.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

victortky In reply to austinaltares2015 [2019-08-11 04:57:44 +0000 UTC]

Indeed.

"sigh" That's true.

Of course, they use the chaos as a cover to get the Relics.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

austinaltares2015 In reply to victortky [2019-08-11 05:48:26 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, seeing that Atlas favors brute force despite having incredibly intelligent people able to help with things meaning most of their credit is given to the people of higher authority.

Well I imagine it as one of the many possible ways she died eventually seeing she's gone AWOL out of petty revenge.

That what seems to be the main plan they do with every kingdom they target.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

victortky In reply to austinaltares2015 [2019-08-11 07:05:42 +0000 UTC]

of course, given their high and mighty status.

True. Cinder is probably a monkey wrench gone wrong.

Indeed.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

austinaltares2015 In reply to victortky [2019-08-11 08:02:48 +0000 UTC]

Yep, seeing the elite of Atlas is in charge of most decisions on handling things.

Mmhm, she's pretty a wildcard out for blood, willing to kill anybody who gets in her way of revenge.

Yep, that's what been trying to do since then.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

victortky In reply to austinaltares2015 [2019-08-12 04:37:40 +0000 UTC]

True, I hope they wise up.

Which is a dangerous wildcard.

Of course.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

austinaltares2015 In reply to victortky [2019-08-12 05:27:58 +0000 UTC]

Just have to see if they wise up or not pending how much effort Ruby and the others put into making them understand.

Yep, A wildcard out for blood and vengeance for being humiliated by Ruby.

Guess we'll see which kingdom they'll go after next once their done with Atlas.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

austinaltares2015 In reply to victortky [2019-08-13 14:27:13 +0000 UTC]

Yep, which is surprising those worlds haven't been used much in crossovers, especially Berserk seeing how grim it's setting is like Remnant's.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

victortky In reply to austinaltares2015 [2019-08-13 14:33:59 +0000 UTC]

Berserk? That's one grimdark world.

austinaltares2015 In reply to victortky [2019-08-13 14:39:36 +0000 UTC]

Probably one of the harshest worlds in fiction to date if not counting realities like the 40k universe.

Funny enough, one artist got Salem's past appearance correct long before volume 6 came out, Atrox-Forensis, has blond hair, pale skin and light blue eyes, Salem(1).

Note: the artwork is two years old, so think on that...
