Yeah, majority of her followers won't hesitate to use deceit and trickery to gain an advantage, exception of Hazel possibly seeing he fights fair from what we saw of him.

Yep, seeing how focused and determined she was to gain "equality" for faunus, she began to ignore and overlook the actions her followers were doing until she was killed off by Adam. Yeah, you would figure he be expulsed from the White Fang seeing how destructive he is to everything around him, yet he was allow to stay thanks to his "contributions" to the "cause".
Mmhm, Ozma hesitates too much with the plans he uses against Salem and focuses too much on managing the kingdoms with his followers, rarely intervenes when they are about to do something that can potentially jeopardize the plans they work on.

One has to wonder how did she even get the leader post in the first place. And yes, Adam's extremist methods were destructive but getting results so she overlooked him, never knowing that he's literally starscream to her megatron.
But seeing that he's fighting his former lover, I can only empathise with him a little since the war has caused a lot of death. And yes, that's one of the weaknesses of his secret Order.

Probably due to having seniority in the original White Fang and has some leadership skills seeing how much she reformed into the terrorist-like state it is in now before Ghira took back reins as leader. Yep, never bother looking into his actions until the Battle of Beacon and was promptly killed off by him when he started his coup.
Yeah, that hesitation pretty much cost the lives of thousands of followers and rarely enforces them to try and focus their efforts on keeping Salem's followers restrained, only letting them do their own things until they get screwed over or betray him out of fear of facing her directly.

Hopefully, seeing Sienna's White Fang is basically now a group of fanatical supremacists that killed anyone viewed as a threat to the "equality" they were reaching for, so let's hope they fix the damage Sienna left before she was killed off by Adam.
Yeah, he needs to stop being passive with her and go on the offensive just so to stymied her plans and followers' attempts to infiltrate important areas seeing how effective they were recently until the screw-up at Haven, also it can help with lessening the casualties that get caught between constantly.

Yeah, they had some for a while until the Battle of Beacon occur and left his followers doing damage control without him guiding them. Yep, highly competent and dangerous followers at that, seeing she probably rarely suffers from fools trying to do things without her consent.

No, I read crossover stories on Fanfiction regularly though.
I view the God of Light as a deceptive and over demanding narcissist of the highest order seeing he expect Salem to simply let go of Ozma after he died from illness not bothering to notice she heavily afflicted with grief and loss at the time and once the first iteration of humanity attempted to fight him, he view them as failures in his "experiment" and left without a second thought after they were annihilated. For the God of Darkness I view him as the under appreciated twin who was never given any respect, only feared due to his grimm and what he represent as a whole and forced to act as second fiddle to his brother despite being his equal in all regards, despite this he's appreciative of someone willing to follow him, seeing Salem came up to him willing to gain back Ozma and actually pities humanity for them view as a experiment by his brother.

It was something Ozpin did to her, going by the clothing and the story Pyrrha mentioned, probably once use to be a princess or queen for a kingdom that reigned long ago in Remnant's past prior to the four kingdoms appearing.
