This is a spectacular piece! The color choices are perfect and convey the message very well. Your use of texture is very very very nice!! It shows how much effort was put into this piece. The shadows create the mood intended which isn't easy to do. Another thing is that it looks mostly realistic! The only thing that i can point out that I would say is "flawed" is some of the directions of the cat's fur is a little off. But is all reality it looks like a real cat with your added flare to it. It's a very beautiful piece and you did a very well with this painting.

Poor kitty! Great work on the facial expression. The background textures add a scary storytelling touch. What has the poor thing been through?

aww the poor cat is crying... the amount of expression you put in the cat's face is quite impressive, the highlighting and shading is done very well and it's interesting how you have the fur a bit messy on the body. I really love the eyes, they look beautiful.
