I'm quite happy with how this turned out. Ergo that I took the messy approach to the background, I still like it.Hadrian is a character from the same comic Satori [link] is from.
His character's also undergone some physical changes from the original look (the tattoo and pointy ears) and I don't mind.
Though he keeps screaming in my head about why does he have pointy ears now.

I like the way you composed this piece. You can tell the difference between the BG and the character as if he's in it, but is still the main focus.
As for the pointy ears and personality, well that would suggest he's not human, at very least, and perhaps small smirks could change the way he's portrayed so far???

Lol! Peaceful indeed. I've been trying to get him with a bit of snarky personality in the comic, but he's coming out to be a bit gloomy stony-face
