Had this idea for a while now... Unfortunatly it didn't come out the way I wanted T___TAnyway, If you can't tell, it's suppose to be my character slowly sinking underwater while wings suddenly burst.
It's bleh I know lol! Quite plain, and her head is too big. I had alot of trouble trying to make it look like she's underwater. *ran all over the house looking for referance lol!*
Originally inspired by a part song called "Revolution" from this Taiwanese band called "F.I.R." *XD Love their songs! The vocalist of the band has such a nice voice

EDIT: (her name is Trinity in case you dunno lol because some people have asked) And I want to mention that another reason why I don't like this picture is because there's nothing in it that strikes my attention T___T lol!...oh well... I'll just have to keep trying

I'm looking at this... and... it looks like her neck's broken. The shoulder is also at an awkward angle.

Like other people have said, her neck looks broken, and I can't beleive this made it to the front page ><. Coloring doesn't matter anyway as much as the original art/sketch. It's like taking any random object, putting a ribbon and bow on it and calling it a brilliant christmas decoration. But the truth of the matter is that the ribbon and bow are not going to hide the fact that you have a toilet displayed on your roof XD Regardless of how much time and effort was put into these art peices making the most favorites, I'm tired of saying CGs like this are nice to soften the blows of my angry rants. Infact, I looked at the gallery and it's good, but in my opinion, the art isn't really....THAT great because it's mostly pretty effects and coloring. The anatomy in alot of the drawings seems to be off, and that bugs me. I hate to say it, but this and most of the anime art I see hiting the main page are not deserving to make it there compared to other art that's much better, but by artists who've never made it this far. Why? Cuz they're not popular. People are not getting a fair chance at exposure! If you agree, then fine. If you don't then continue adding pretty art to your favorites. Hell, as long as this cherade continues, I'm gonna continue ranting.

Nice pic, though at the angle, I don't think her head can turn back like that, it looks misplaced. Other than that the pic looks great, especially the coloring.

I love the flowyness of her hair *-* You did a magnificent job with the bubble effects too; they really show movement in a still picture.
The wings sprouting from her back are excellent and add to the concept ^^ somehow makes a drowning girl picture seem a little more lively and peaceful.

That's an interesting image you got there! I must say I really like the way you portrayed water... I can portray water right it always turns out wrong, and your drawing makes the water look so real and very well done! Yay! Keep up the good work!

Since everyone else is posting comments that are very nice, I think it is my job to be the critic ^^ I like the general idea of the picture, very origional, but the drawing does seem to have a few problems with it. When I first looked at it, it kinda seemed like the body was a little too big for the head, not that the head was too small for the body. If I hadn't have read the title "drowning" or read any of your comments, I might not have thought that she was under water. The bubbles are the only thing that could really tell you that she's underwater with the blueness around her. Her hair is pretty nice, but as a suggestion, maybe you could make it kinda wavy underwater. The wings that wrap around her, is really nice!! And the light shining from above is great too!
I dont know if any of that has really helped, but I am pretty confident that if you make another one of these pictures, it will turn out even better!! DA is all about helping other people's artwork get better, please dont hate me for posting this >.<
