Another little chapter in Sea!Agni's life.

Here she's down at the deepest point in her territory where no light can reach. Down in this abyss lies the semi-dormant body of a creature roughly the size of a town that has lain dormant for the last ten thousand years, almost completely buried in stone and sand. A kraken she's taken to calling Grandfather.

Grandfather doesn't intend to leave his hibernation for several millennia to come, but he enjoys the infrequent visits from the tiny cecaelia. He claims her kind are descended from him, which is partly how Agni's nickname for him was inspired.

He's a bit old-fashioned in his thinking, and his awareness of the outside world is outdated (he has no idea what a human is), but Agni has come to value his advice regardless.

I'd have shown more of Grandfather in the picture, but Agni would be all but invisible next to him in a full-body shot.
