I read it from page 1 (woo!) You do a pretty good job. Some things you might want to work on is anatomy and posing. Adult faces look like kid faces, when in reality, children tend to have bigger eyes and wider cheeks, while adult have smaller eyes and narrower heads.
The frames all look great, and you use plenty of background so we always know where your characters are. Don't be afraid to make the frames a little bigger, just so you can get rid of the excess white between panels. Sometimes the excess white is appropriate, but in general it's just unnecessary open space.
Seita looks EXACTLY like Sasuke. In fact, until I saw that Saukura was taller than Seita, I thought this was a story from when Sasuke and Sakura were kids XD
