I met a gay once...heh it want's so good. he literately put his hand in his pants IN FRONT OF CHILDREN! like around 6 and 3 and also I do believe 5. and it was at a police station to! OMG, I've been there! There was this bisexual girl in my freshman year of high school and she was a total bitch! I didn't hate (and avoid) her because of her orientation but because of her superiority complex. She treated me and my friend like junk and she pretty much insulted our beliefs. My friend and I are Christians but we don't shove our beliefs down peoples' throats. I don't know why she treated us like crap but it is never okay. Don't let people, gay or straight, treat you like crap.

Exactly, and the sad thing is most get away with acting that way because they believe they have that right, and will call you out on "abuse" if you call them on their bad attitude. I used to know someone like that, and the person would not realize it was his bad attitude that ran people off. I believe anyone regardless of sexuality, race, religion/non-religion, or whatever they are can be an asshole. They just don't want to admit it so they blame everyone hating on whatever they are instead of the personalty.

Dude, I totally experienced this during high school. There was this one guy who was an asshole to me and I hated him soooo much.Β I had another friend who hated him but not because he was gay. He treated anybody whoΒ wasn't German or white like shit. He also called me a troll when all I did was be nice to him even when he was a dick! That's what annoyed me about so many TV detective shows - in being non-discriminatrory, they ended up with the other extreme - as soon as a character from a minority group appeared, they were ALWAYS innocent. It just got silly. They're good, bad and indifferent, just like everyone else.

I don't agree. Sometimes you can't say anything about what's wrong in RL, and being able to to share it here really helps. Sometimes it's all you've got. And it does help you feel better having other people validate your view.
Or as one author put it, boarding school was insufferably awful becuase it was bad AND he couldn't say anything about it there.
