I watched Wreck-It Ralph, and fixed the mistakes I had when I was drawing him.
So, someone asked if he was made up by Turbo, or taken over.So uh, yup!

Turbo was actually disguised as King Candy in the movie because Vanellope's glitching starting causing a chain reaction which showed King Candy's TRUE identity.
