A friend of mine had some trouble making an avatar in photoshop, so I'm uploading this for her and anyone else who may need assistance.
Edit: I found a terrible typo, but I'm too lazy to edit it. It says midway that you should save it as a .pdf (LOL) for later editing if you use a lot of layers. What I really meant was .psd
