Done with a mouse in Photoshop Elements 6.0
No sketch, no tablet... yah. Dx
With a sigh of relief, I climb out from under another art block. 8D
I'M SO HAPPY! This was so much fun to draw and color! I got up at 6:00 am to finish it today. And it's 7:20 right now. ;D
