The title is very creative, isn't it?
This has nothing to do with a crouching tiger, but there is a tiger, and the background is supposed the ocean.
This is Sonya the Tiger. She has the ability to use water during battle. The flower on her shoe is her main symbol.
I think I've worked too hard on the background. However, I still like it

Hydrokinetic, eh? Neat. Background's pretty... interesting, to say the least. The character herself has some easy yet fairly appealing color coordination in her outfit. You have a unique art style; while your lines are soft in some areas, it almost seems like they're intentionally bold in others. Maybe that's just me, though. I'm not sure if there's really anything else to go over, so I'll just leave it at that.

Lol, I thought that water powers would be very fitting for her. I love the description that you gave me! I intentionally wanted to make the art look eye-popping, so that was my goal
