Nothing has been the same between Sonic and Tails since Tails took a break from machines to study basic biology.In case you didn't get it, he found out that Foxes eat small rodents.
...Hedgehogs are rodents...Sonic is a hedgehog...
Sorry about the crappy coloring. Didn't really have the patience to do it well...
EDIT (finally): Now I do know now that Hedgehogs aren't actually members of the rodent family. This was a clear mistake on my part X3; But why didn't I bother to find this out BEFORE I drew this? Well, the idea was just so funny 83

Actually not. In the part of Shadow and that, Shadow will just keep questioning until he learns the truth. If Sonic said "Oh, Tails just read about animals." Shadow could also get mad cause he doesn't like being called animal. Animal is very offensive to these... whatever they are.

I think many people automatically just assume that any small mammal is a member of the rodent family. I always have to keep reminding myself that not everyone is a taxonomic egghead like myself.
