My artwork for :7 Days Color Challenge
The challenge is being held by
Day 1: RED
Scarlet is Draco's protege since a little kid. Draco train her to be a hunter so she can protect herself when his gone.
'Scarlet' is given name from Draco, to cover her real identity. Draco is like family to her, since she lost the real one. She follows Draco everywhere, travelling around the world with him.

Very nice use of red with blue for support colour. They work very well together.
You lighting with the jewel as main source is very good and well thought out.
One thing I might suggest is the hair, you have some nice clumping but the lighting on those clumps is much more random, giving it less form then the rest of the picture.

Hair tends to gather in clumps or locks instead of being perfectly smooth. (this is probably best shown at it's most exaggerated in Anime but also happens in reality)
For example in your picture at this angle her fringe is in two clumps. Think of this like folds in clothes. Shadows and light should follow the same mentality, affected by the light source. If you want to add some extra stray strands for detail make sure to use long smooth lines to indicate the strand.
Your red highlights on the hair aren't bad but your navy shadows and light blue light don't follow any pattern, instead you have short strokes of dark and light blue going all over the place.
Look at this example by Sakimi chan: fav.me/d5mz7xh (I know the colour is different) But you can still see clear clumping and lighting, even with detailed strands visible.
