Stuff got in the way of the art making, so all I have to show is a speed painting where I'm playing around with light and dark.
It ain't as easy as the master lurkers here at DA make it seem, I tell yah! But I had fun and learned a bit about applying base colours to a pic.

Oh... And the time it took me. Hrmm... Well I ain't spitting things out like in 15 minutes, so it took me about one and a half hour, but it's speed for me!


Oh! And actually, I was lying! I DO have something else finished, but it won't be posted here until May 1st.

wow, I wish I could make something as gorgeraus as this in a speedpainting.

An excellent drow especially for a speed painting. Obviously you have a great sense of composition and have captured what appears to be an underdark moment. I am especially impressed by the speed in which you did it. Bravo

Ah! I've never played in the Underdark or any D&D game, but I do think there is something about the Drow. ^^ Me likey the dark side!

The drow go beyond the game they became popular in. I just wish WotC would realize that. I have not actually played the game either in 20 years but I still keep up on the material for reference sake so thsat I can be a accurate as possible.

I really like this one. For a speed painting, this is great. You seem to have a certain thing for guys with white hair. I'm not complaining! On the contrary, keep 'em comming! (after all, I have an entire race with white haired people )

I like the gloomyness of this, and the red ribbons on the sword are an eyecatcher in the midst of the black, white and pale blueish colors. Me likes!
