Been working on this on and off for two days.I like it.

I'll start off by saying this work is pretty good. The idea of a floating jellyfish is just original, not something you think easily
The blurred background is well done, except for the upper right cloud, which feels a bit hmm..... unnatural.
As for the rest the style is just superb and always makes me think of a cover a for a children story book.

I really love the stylization and the color choices of the background. Your way of digital painting there is really unique and looks great! It was also a good decision to have some foggier silhouettes of buildings farther into the distance. It brings some depth to the picture.
I like the simplicity of the figure but how you still have the detail of the headbands and shoelaces. The hair color is interesting. I realize the anatomy is not totally true to life due to the stylization but I think there are still some issues. The arms seem a bit too thin compared to her chest/torso area. I think it makes her this area appear much too wide for the rest of the body.
I am also a bit confused by the jellyfish sort of cloud the figure is sitting on. I like how you've done the other clouds but this one seems a bit too transparent considering it is supposed to be supporting the weight (visual or otherwise) of the figure. It is also much rounder than the other clouds which I think causes some confusion in the image, the 'legs' only add to this.

Haha, it's not a cloud, it's an actual jellyfish.
Maybe thats not as clear as i hope it would be.

it is cute and nice, but i think it needs some fine and sharp lines to create some more details and highlights.
and i would use some more blue tones (it should go from darkk blue to almost white)

I like the style and the idea. The fuzzy buildings in the background are so cool. Maybe define a little more the clouds?
