I get it, public safety is important and all, but those speed limits he sets make me wanna yank my wiring out! He turns into some kind of compact pursuit vehicle, but he can't pursue a thing when he refuses to go over 55 hics per mega-cycle. Never caught me, that's for sure-- Eh, okay maybe once, but that was Dead-Bot's Curve! I never thought he'd actually follow me!"
