I haven't really drawn anything in a while, and I wanted to try something out on a whim.So, here's one of my first '8-bit' kind of style pokemon, Mew.
It was my favorite out of five that I made. I hope you guys like it.

Sorry for the delay.
But anyhow. It looks good with the pallet you chose, but this isn't what I'd consider "8-bit," since 8-bit has a limited color pallet that I'm pretty sure doesn't have the rich colors that you chose. A good phrase to use is "pixel art". It covers a large range of different "bits". I also noticed some inconsistency with the pixel grid and size. It's noticeable in the part of the tail closest to the bottom (the outline is a bit crunched together) and especially the shading (the pixels are smaller than established with the outline). It's usually best to work on a really small scale with pixel art. Like... 64x64 pixels as an example. Mess around and see what you like. I will, say, though, it seems you've figured out a little bit out pixel consistency, so you definitely have improved from this first little venture. I'll send you this [link] just in case if your interested in the pallet at all.
