Your drawing is lovely, and I don't have much to add (the general consensus is right, the hat's great, i think the only problematic piece would be the background.. the 'coloring in' effect at the top bugs me a lil, but still an A i rate!)

i recognise this photo! great job Mick the background is a bit too bright maybe but other than that.. awesome! i like the negative smoke and the shading on the hat.

The drawing is a bit more moody than the photo, as I checked it out, but don't tell the photographer. Both are absolutely wonderful, just drenched with atmosphere and illustrative qualities. I like your graphite textures too!

I agree the atmosphere rocks I love the exhalation, I don't think I've ever seen in done so convincingly in a drawing

Stunning drawning....really wonderful it is.....I like the hat exellent shading makes it look really realistic...the same about the face...
the smoke looks good and I really like this a bit fuzzy background^^
