as for now this is finished, i might colour it one day when i get motivated. put it quickly through photoshop so i'm not sure if it should be in digital or not... ? anyway, i love jorgen, he's a dude! reference pic used, i tired to make it kinda look chibi but not sure that it worked so good!!jorgen is copyright to fairly odd parents...
edit* got rid of the writing...oops! lol
