It's really super easy to give your pokemon character, all ya gotta do is think of their personalities and draw them accordingly, just like you trainers they all respond differently to certain things.
Just like Jelly shot and Whisky here, Jelly doesn't like being dirty yet his tentacle is being covered in Whiskey's sludge so he's gonna react to that. Whiskey is a relaxed pokemon so he isn't gonna notice/care that he's annoying others. Just simple things like that can really show off your pokemon.
Expressions are one thing, body language is something else entirely ~

Oh of course!! That and your character designs are fantastic and unique as well <3 Even without adding birthmarks, discolorings, and anything else that can make one pokemon stand out from the others, your style is truly your own and that's especially what I love about your work.Β

Hahaha most pokemon I draw will vary in features even if they are the same spices, just like real animals would. Sean's Seviper will look different from someone else's Seviper, due to different lifestyles, etc. It just mixes it up a bit so they don't all look like clones.
Hahaha you have so much energy in your drawings though, and your pictures are always so colourful, really it should me ogling your stuff
