ha, before i read the description, i was going to ask if that was a black flag hat. it looks cool the way everything is blurry but you can still recognise the bars.

mmm same without the recognition of those bars i'd hate the picture so much. i painted them on so in real life the whiteness of them is such a contrast to the rest of the hat which i think is why it happened.

you painted the bars on? how resourceful of you, kudos. im a DIY kind of person too. i had a pair of brown biker boots i really liked, but i dont own anything brown... so i painted them dark purple and made the heel gold. theyre my favourite ting ever, haha.

DIY is so good, you can get whatever you want in theory by just making it.

you could try leather dye if you dont want to risk it. ive never used it myself, but ive heard its great.
