Description
I am trying something new. Its my first go. So its not right yet. Trying to do something like this: [link]Its done in Adobe Illustrator CS2. Its taken about 4-5 hours.
Every hair, has been done one at a time.
Going to be working on some other styles I like:

I want to do this so I have a bit more variety. As I have spent alot of time in my comfort zone. Need to push myself again.
I am also going to try a do caricatures too. Going to start one in a minute of me.
I know I am drawing me again. But if I can't make myself look decent I would never be able to draw anyone else. So I always start with drawing myself first in new styles.

this style of vector is very interesting. i've seen a bit of this around lately, and i like it. i might have to try it sometime. i'm just getting into the line art style of vector now, rather than the more "normal" style. very nice.

good job with the skin...looks like crisvectors...the hair just doesnt look right.....even though it might not be the most accurate thing, i think the picture would look best if you made the hair completely black and not shaded. Then the hair of the eyebrow and chin you could make thicker and less precise also...\
Ive been wanting to do one of these one of these days...but havent gotten around to it tho...fantastic job on the skin however.

looks reminiscent of later cris vector's work with the lines around the color areas. i like it
