During this scene of the game I don't remember Maria feeling sad, however this may be her true emotions she felt during this part (she was coming on to James hard while James is acting very stand-offish) or perhaps this is her crying right after James leaves the cell. Anyway I like the soft color pallet and the subtle blending of color, Great job!

The biggest addition is a Bonus chapter where you can play as Maria, up to the point when she meets James.
