She has nano bots inside her that allow her to better sync with her robot. Over the years they bacame almost fused with each others powers/emotions etc.

I mean, any human that has parts of a computer built within or surfaced of a human is a cyborg that has a body which runs through wires and motherboards rather than arteries and organs
