Description
This is the new character design i'm using for cloe, you can see the old version in the "changed the world" picture in my gallery.

Cloe is the most genuine indivual of all the Riot characters, she's very strong minded and blunt, she's all about sensible thinking,
and in proving that everything has a logical explantion. She also can be seen as girly and delecate at times. She enjoys tea, scarves, Terry Grant movies, and music from the 1950ies. Her super powers are based around the brain.

Now when I said I was going to try out thin lines with inking, I didn't think it would become soo terribly not onto my liking I guess bold lines are for me, thin lines are terrible forever and for always. I probably will reink this to my normal style, and resubmit as an actual picture being I really like this picture it came out exactly how I wanted the new cloe to look.... and I didn't mean for her to look like jesus with the light beams comming out of her head, it was suposed to be like her brain was sending out telepathy, or something like she was trying to dig into your mind and such. The sparkles where just there for the kicks of SPARKLES!!
