yes, this is based on my knowledge about colors, so i.e. warm agains cools, atmospheric perspective, time of day, reflection, ambience, cool neutral colors appear warm against warms and warns appear cool when set to neutral, and so on... than you got an overexpsosed image with the little river above, so you have lots of stuff going on in the shadows and less in the lights, the bottom one creates a fairly good background lighting with the sun setting down shifting all the colors towards the color of the lightsource, hope that makes sense...
