Note - Before anyone worries! No the marks aren't from like bullying or something x'D She probably just had a really rough turf war or tried snatching an octarian machine for herself so she could tweak it and make it better in some way.

I told you guys Cephea wasn't always the fancied up lady she appears as in the watchful eye of the city.
She actually prefers to wear more concealing outfits or even the things she'd be used to back home where she originated from.

Sadly, she feels she can not return unless she can prove herself useful again and it seems like all the Inklings just get in her way in some way.
She'll probably learn to suck it up and move on, but for the time being she just cant stand trying to trust others who aren't of her own kind.

Purpose being with an OC I have not completed yet, but I can say it's because she lost her original squad and felt humiliated afterward by a certain someone I am creating.
She was essentially one of those goofy Elites you'd see running around with seaweed on their heads x'D

She will learn to trust...eventually

Also I imagine she's either sitting on a high-ish cliff, OR even a floating rock somewhere!

I can almost imagine this might be in response to a certain Inkling trying to shove their way into her life for turf war reasons x'D
