The colors are true to their characters, so you get points for that. The characteristics of Mickey and Minnie also stay true to them, so that's good as well. The proportions are off; they could be a bit smoother and not so uneven. The light-exposure in the middle throws this picture off, and the background is a little boring. Yet, this picture has a really nice texture-feel to it that I totally dig. Is this the first time you drew them? It's a good attempt.

For one thing, I dont know how to color or add backgrounds in photoshop. Another thing... I dont know how to use photoshop at all practically so its probably going to look like that for a while xD which i hate but whatever. And another thing is, im not the best at proportions. And I wasnt sure how to get rid of the white o-o
