I for myself try to draw my images with greyscales, and it´s very helpful for me to see how other artists do it and maybe learn some little tricks from it
Oh and this beast really looks awesome! Don´t want to cross this guys way in the dark XD

I always find it difficult to get the colours right later when starting in greyscale.
But it's still easier than working with colours from the beginning, at least when painting I think.
When I draw lined art though, I use colours right away...still experimenting with everything here I guess xD

Ja ich bin auch noch so bissle am experimentieren, aber das greyscaling macht einem viele Dinger sehr viel einfacher, vor allem wenn man an einer Kreatur arbeitet, die viele farbübergänge hat. XD
Ich hab nur noch probleme mit dem Contrast bei den Graustufen, dadurch versaue ich mir so manches bild ^^"
