4 things majorly off about the drawing, the jaw is WAY too squared, too much definition of the lips, lack of shading makes him look even younger then what he already looks, and finally the head is too big for the body you have drawn. Next time measure things out to prevent such huge mistakes, and don't worry, most people make these mistakes honestly!
