Hello, Cynthia, Shelley's mom, I just wrote you a message telling you how sorry I am that you had to lose your daughter in such a way....its never losing a child, no matter the cause, but murder has to be the worst. The thing that is even worse about it is that nothing that Shelley did made her a risk for this kind of death. The only thing that she did was befriend and date a guy who had a possessive and obsessive roommate who wanted to be more and wanted Shelley out of the way. This is the most senseless reason ever that she should have died like this. Even though this guy is in prison for the next 30 years, hopefully he will never be released, until he leaves in a box, it does not bring her back. What this site though does by you keeping it up is Several years later, people are still appreciating your daughters talent and what was missed out on. She was going places. She was dedicated and I believe would have been a very successful animator. Sorry is never enough to express the pain you feel, but know that there are people that think about her, think about her talent, and think of what her future could have been. I know you think of these things and others do too.

I saw the special on TV and I am totally in awe of the talent the young lady possessed. I do not know of anyone that can match it. In hope she has gained her angel/butterfly wings...Blessings to her family and friends.

They posted the journal to let everyoe know she had passed. The only people from now on that will be getting on here are possibly her sisters and parents and MAYBE me, Cosmikfairy, and Raila. Doubtful that we'll get on here tho.
